Software support

We build, test and maintain software, on a project basis or as coaching for your team. The core business for over 20 years.

Not a help desk, not hardware support. We focus on the software itself: development, quality assurance and test processes. If you need end-user or hardware support you are in the wrong place, and we want that clear early on.

On request we also support you with the use of AI tooling in your software work, whether in development (AI-assisted coding, code review) or in testing and test management (AI-assisted test-case generation and review).

Software development

Custom development of applications, typically web, backend or data-processing pipelines. We build what fits your situation: an internal tool, a small interface between two existing systems, or a complete web application.

The focus is maintainability, test coverage and clean handover. Software that doesn't leave you stranded once we step out of the project.

Software testing

Manual testing, test automation and the build-out of test pipelines. Whether you want to stabilise existing suites, introduce a new framework (e.g. Playwright, Vitest) or build systematic end-to-end coverage from scratch, we know the pitfalls.

Test pipelines are set up so they keep running without us: your team understands what is happening and can extend the tests on its own.

Test management

Introduction and ongoing support of test processes, tooling selection, reporting to senior management. We help when test maturity needs to be built up in the organisation: clarify roles, establish metrics, secure release processes.

If you want to introduce a specific tool (e.g. a new E2E framework), we work out together whether it fits your workflow, and we coach your team through the rollout.
